During these group workouts, we will push you as hard as we can, without compromising your ability to safely conduct the movements used in the workout. We will constantly be ramping up the intensity of your workouts based on your gained proficiency in the lifts.

Elements

QCFit Elements classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. The focus we give to safely and correctly teaching functional body movements allows this program to be suitable for all fitness levels. You’ll experience a motivating and fun workout every time!

Foundations Class

Our Foundations class is an introduction for new members, designed to equip them with the fundamental skills and confidence needed to seamlessly transition into regular CrossFit classes. Led by a knowledgeable coach these sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for beginners to learn the core functional movements of CrossFit.

Personal Training
